Larry's Story
After OHS I went to Orange Coast but the beach was way to close. Got a job at Alpha Beta and went to a trade school in L A,again grades slipped alittle (who would have thought)
Got a letter from the President and went to stir things up in Vietnam,came home and married Sandi Assink (class of '63).
Needed to go to the mountains so Sandi and our 2 kids packed up and went to Burney Ca population about 1,200,hee haa. I worked in a sawmill and Sandi worked for the power co. After seeing way to many logs I started a locksmith biz and Sandi made the money.
After 23 years we moved back to civilization and moved to Re...Expand for more
dding Ca where I now became a kid again and play with cars and yes I'm still working on a '55 Chevy. Sandi now X-stiches and between that we play with grandkids.
Our Lord has been so good to us.
You would think we would settle down in CA, but no we have have not learned yet. Sold our house in Redding CA and drove a 1991 Chevy station wagon across country to end up in East Tennessee. Sandi and I have got much slower in our life and TN is good for us. I can walk to the TN River (but I don't %>)) ) and fish while Sandi does puzzles, games, and babysitting me.
The Lord has still been good to us, very good indeed.
