College
I worked at Farmall after HS, so I didn't take college serious until I got laid off when the plant closed. Finished Black Hawk with a dble major. Went out to UNM in Albuquerque NM, but ran out of money. Can back and worked until I could afford NIU. Ran out of money. Finished my last semester of BA at WIU in Macomb. ould have been done sooner.:-) Shortly after graduation, I was planning to start my Masters, but was convinced to get my Nursing degree, so..back to BHC for that. Started my Masters at WIU, but interupted because I felt my kids needed me at home for now. I'll go back when they start college. College really was a great experience, I have a lot of fond memories.
