Laura's Story

Life I've been married for 20 years to my husband Todd. He is in the U.S.Coast Guard (prior Marine Corp). His career has moved us around quite a bit. We have lived in New Jersey, up and down the Oregon coast, as well as the California coast. We currently live in San Diego. We have 4 beautiful children (although two are grown now). We started extremely early since I had Christopher at the end of my junior year of High School. He is now 21 (ouch) and is currently going to college. ...Expand for more
Dakota is 18 and just graduated from high school. Brandon is 15 and will be a freshman in high school next year. Alyssa is 6 years old and is graduating kindergarten today! My children have kept me busy. We thought we were finished having children when I became surprisingly pregnant with my daughter. When she was nine months old she was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis. Her diagnosis has changed us forever, but we are living and coping with it as well as praying for a cure every day.
