Laura's Story
Life
After graduation I attended Millersville University for a while, before enlisting in the Air Force. I started out a a radar operator stationed in Florida and from there I fought in Saudi Arabia during Desert Storm. After that, I was transfered to Korea, Japan, Belgium and soon I'll be stationed next year (2003)in Boston. a row, the Air Force band auditioned me to perform as a vocalist, full-time within the band program. I'm no longer a radar operator and have been performing all over the world with the Air Force band for almost 9 years. I met my wonderful husband, Gary here in Belgium while we were both serving in the NATO band. He's a wonderful husband and extremely talented guitar player and music arranger. Gary and I are very happy together and have just been busy traveling around Europe and loving it.
