Laura's Story

Life In 1990 I moved to Denver, CO. I spent 7 great years there, enjoying the sunshine, the great outdoors, and lots of visitors. It's the place where I became vegetarian, went to massage school and learned alot about myself. In 1997 I took the plunge and moved to Cozumel, Mexico, where I still reside. It's hard to believe there's a place with more sunshine than CO, but it's true. I became a certified scuba diver and I love the ocean. I continually meet people from all over the globe. It's a place in which people return frequently. The weather allows me to enjoy running, bike riding and swimming, which I've made a daily part of my life. On occasion, I enter...Expand for more
a competition to challenge myself. I return to the states twice a year to work on weeklong bicycle tours. One thru CO and the other thru AZ. These are the highlights of my life. Except of course, for the altitude adjustments! Christmas thru April are our busiest months workwise. Sept and Oct are the slowest - it's our hurricane season. We've recently become a huge port for cruise ships and can accomodate up to 30 a week! We are no longer a sleepy little town. Workplace In 1994, I graduated from the Colorado School of Healing Arts. 10 years later, I still love my work. I specialize in swedish, sports, trigger point, deep tissue and energy work.
