Life
Hi everyone! Not much has changed in my life over the years. I still enjoy music, although I don't play anymore, in fact, sold the saxophone and clarinet. I still dress in jeans and t-shirts, although work took me to having to wear skirts, dress suits and the like (ick). Now my job allows me to go back to the jeans and t-shirts. I get picked on something awful now because word got out about my lunch with the principal in 8th grade and earning awards in things such as math and spelling. My friends that didn't know me then think that I was just such the nerd!
I am now a bookkeeper for an HVAC company. Not my thing, but the hours and pay are great, so...I'd rather be in computers. I did work for an IT department for quite some time and as a telephone technician and I really ...Expand for more
enjoyed all of that, but circumstances caused me to find new work and here I am, a bookkeeper.
For relaxation, I like hanging out with friends or watching TV. I got really into HGTV and the house proves it!
I'm learning that I have no stories to tell about what I did in school. I didn't go to the parties, haven't had too many boyfriends, didn't really cause any trouble. While that's not a bad thing, I just can't compete with the stories I hear from others.
I hooked up with an older man in 1986. I had 3 stepchildren whom I helped raise. Things happened and I left him in 1998. I moved in with my mother because I had no where else to go and now that both parents are gone, I kept my parents' house in Bolton and still live there now. I got married in 2005 and couldn't be happier.
