Laura's Story
Life
I have been married to Michael Gravlee (Lee Graduate) for 26 years. We have 2 beautiful daughters, Rachel (22 years) and Rebecca (19 years). We had our first grandbaby in September 2009. She is a beautiful baby girl, Ayla Grace. I am currently working at a Senior Living Community.
My husband and I are Short Term Missionaries to South America with the Church of God. He has traveled to Peru and Bolivia since 2002. I have traveled to Bolivia since 2005. He and our youngest daughter went to Bolivia in May of 2005 where she sang in the crusades.
Our oldest daughter graduated from Sumiton Christian High School in May of 2005. Her graduating class consisted of 48 graduates. A few less than ours(ha ha). Oh, does that feel weird. She is attending the University of Alabama in the field of Nursing and will graduate in December 2009.

rom Sumiton Christian High School in May of 2008. The day after graduation, she moved to Lee University in Cleveland, TN to travel with Voices of Lee singing. Voices of Lee is a group of about 16 who sing mostly accapella. She loves to sing. She has written several songs but has only published 1. She is currently going to Bevill State Community College.
I have lived in several states and cities since graduating. We were in the military for 8 years. After the military, we settled in Sumiton, AL in 1991.
I feel blessed to have a wonderful husband, 2 daughters and a granddaughter. God has been good to us.
There are many people from my high school years that I think about all the time. My mom still lives in Montgomery. When I visit and we are out in public, I look to see if I see anyone.
