Laura's Story
Life
Laura BrownwoodÂs pursuit of knowledge in the field of health and nutrition began in 1971. As a professional model in Hollywood for 3 yrs, she had to manipulate
her eating to meet the demands of the fashion industry. To find an answer to long term weight control & freedom from obsessive food thoughts, she began research. Eventually, she found the answer to stabilizing body weight through her efforts to understand the basic principles of well-ness. In response to repeated requests to share
the secrets of her unique lifestyle, Laura develop-
ed the concept of a personally designed program. The final realization of this effective program was the result of LauraÂs own experience, years of studying nutrition, behavior modification & her infectious ability to motivate people.
