Laura's Story
After a great high school experience at Cave Spring, I attended Va Tech. What a fabulous campus. I am so proud to be a Hokie. I met my husband Michael at VT. We have been married for 26 years. We traveled quite a bit during the first 6 years of marriage due to his job--playing minor league baseball (up to AAA and a winter in Dominican Republic) with the St Louis Cardinals. in Va Beach for 8 years before moving to Colorado Springs. Colorado has been our home for the last 13 years. We have 2 wonderful daughters, Jessica-23 and Jill 20. It has been such a blessing to have them in our lives. I am an assistant principal in an elementary school and love it! There is nothing better than watching kids learn and love school. I am looking forward to our 30th High School reunion...see you all September 20th!
