Troy (Just turned 17 Aug 3rd) He is now a 3rd Degree Black Belt Red Collar Training Instructor in Taekwondo. He looks exactly like his dad - and acts like him too! He's in his Junior year of H.S. .. Section leader in Band (250 members strong .. did you see them in the Macy's parade this past year? Rain and all? .. and this next summer they are going to Beijing China!!! Gee Mr. Ida .. we never did anything like that!!!! LOL!) He's going to try for Drum Major his Senior year - he has the arms for it after holding his baritone for so many years!!!

- June) ..(Caught it before it was a lump .. did chemo just as a preventative down the road thing... but really am pretty much back to normal... Chemo just wore me out - and I don't do fatigue well .. but other than that .. everything else was easy peasy!
Now am back in the "grind" .. Uniform Mom for Band (one of them...) and I have volunteered for the H.S. Grad Night for 9 years now .. we have it in the gym right after graduation and each year it is a different theme - this past year .. 007 "Bonding" .. a little more upscale than ours in '77 as far as decorations and events (carnival and casino opens after midnight) .. but they do have fun!
