Laura's Story
Life
I now live in a small town in New York, and work as a Mental health therapy aide for New York state at a Psychiatric hospital in Ogdensburg. Rob and I divorced in 1986. I remarried in 1991 to a great guy Rick, we have two wonderful children a son Zeb 16 years old a daughter Harley 6 years old. I have worked for the state at various locations for the past 20 years, and actually still love my job.I now live on an old farm with 182 acre's, we got rid of the farm animals 4 years ago, (still have 2 cats), but still enjoy riding the 4 wheeler though the feilds and woods, we...Expand for more
have a sugar bush and make maple syrup in the spring, lots of work and fun, finished product is delicous.I have traveled to many of the states as well as Canada(I live a mile away) and the Bahamas. I can retire from the state in 10 years if I choose, and plan on traveling again when I do.
I still enjoy reading and doing things outside. I feel I have the best family in the world. As I always said there's a whole world out there you just need to live it
