Laura's Story
My then-dream was to become Ms Olympia. My now-dream is to visit every state and national park starting with all the deserts. If I win the lottery I will become an UNdeveloper. I want a porch that wraps around my entire house and enough land to rescue every kind of animal in need. My daughter is now 5 (last time I wrote in here she was 3). She is in kindergarten, karate, and soon an art class. She wants to be an artist, a farmer, and a vet. She picks up trash everywhere we go and throws it away. What a cool kid J. I lost my job in July. In the next few weeks I will be starting my own business making/selling t-shirts, and maybe some burnt gourds too. I¿ve been wanting to do this for over 2 years. eing away from her all day long. We got an English Mastiff from a rescue about a year and a half ago. She¿s sweet and freaky. She likes to take the covers off the couches and off my bed. She relocates Laila¿s stuffed animals, goes in the closet for one Ugg boot (only the beige ones not the black ones), licks the wall and my dresser handles, and carries her food to the ends of the earth before she starts to chew. We all live in the coo coo house. I got a roommate in April, one of the most generous people I¿ve ever met and a world class playmate for my daughter. I got together with my ex-boss (hence the lost job). We are still together and happy as clams (how happy is a clam and how did anyone figure that out?)
So that¿s my update as of Way-Too-Early a.m. I¿m sure I would sound more awake and intellectual later, but that¿s not when I have free time.
