Laura's Story
Life
I'm getting MARRIED to a US Marine named Colten on November 7, 2009. I had a near death experience in November 2004 and was hospitalized for a week. Ask me and I'll give you some details. I do not have children despite rumors in school that I was pregnant. I NEVER was pregnant.
School
I never had a big crush in high school. I loved being on drill team though, although at times it was full of DRAMA.
College
I graduated from Kilgore College in May 2007 for an AAS in Computer Science - Management Information Systems and now I'm attending Tarleton State University in Stephenville, TX for a BBA...Expand for more
in Accounting. I should graduate in the Spring of 2011. I plan on becoming a CPA. I am in the PTK, it's a two-year community college honor society for those who keep atleast a 3.6 GPA and also I was named the computer science departments Outstanding Student for the 2005-2006 school year. At TSU, I'm a member of SPA, the Student Programming Association.
Workplace
I worked at Citizens National Bank from August 2003 until August 2008. I've been in a small cubical the whole time, making spreadsheets, typing letters, doing mail merges, managing all of the marquees, and shopping different interest rates.
