ated English teacher Mr. Brow at TFN who helped inspire my love of literature. I also must give a shout out to Typing teacher Ms. Drilling - who knew how much typing would be involved in everyone's futures! The only thing I would have done differently is thought more about my work future so that I trained for something I felt better about doing for life. I didn't plan on working for 40+ years and staying single but life is what happens when you are planning as "they" say! I like my job but would feel better if I was helping people in some way. I may have partied a bit less as well although that never really caused me any problems back then and I always made honor roll! My worst memories involve years of being beaten up by other girls for being new to TFN school, especially since I grew up in Calumet City and only left for Freshman & 1/2 of Sophomore years to attend other schools. I expected old friends to welcome me back not pummel me because I had outgrown my awkward stage of 11-13. It was miserable getting punched a lot and looking over my shoulder but at least it stopped Senior year after I finally proved I was OK and found tough girlfriends.
