Lauren's Story
Life
Hi! I live in Colorado and have been married to a wonderful man for 15 years. I'm a psychologist (I have a Ph.D) and work part-time. I went to college in Denver (where I met my husband) and after graduating went to Harvard University for a Master's degree (yes, it's true folks). I then decided to go on for a doctorate degree and came to Colorado (Univ. of Colorado in Boulder). My husband is an economist and we have three wonderful children, Susannah 11, Christian 9, and Stefan 4. at. We love it here, we ski, bike, and hike all year round. We love to travel and have been to Indonesia and Germany and France several times to visit my husband's European relatives (all before the children were born of course). Life is good, I keep in touch with old friends and love trips back East to see friends and family! New York City is so much more fun now as an adult!
Workplace
I'm a clinical psychologist in private practice in Boulder, Colorado. I work part-time and absolutely love it. It was alot of school to get a doctorate degree but it was worth it!
