Lauri's Story

Life Dennis and I have been happily married since 1984. I guess predictions of gloom for our marriage were wrong, huh? We met at Confirmation Retreat in 8th Grade and again at Lutheran High. We moved to Grand Junction in 2006. We love it here and would never consider moving back to Denver. Dennis is Senior System Administrator for an oil and gas company. We have 5 kids. wicked sense of humor and watches wrestling with his father every Monday night. Molly, 14, is just silly, wants to be chef and towers over me. Katrina, 11, is a brain and a mini me of mom. I spend my time Crazy Quilting, which has nothing in common with traditional quilting. I partcipate in Round Robins and get to share my art with people all over the world. I hope soon to get my online gallery going soon so I can actually make back some of the money spent on my bead and fabric stash!
