Laurie's Story

I left Texas in 1995...lived in Minneapolis for several years. Went to school for graphic design. Married. We purchased a 40 acre hobby farm in 2003, in Wisconsin (about 45 minutes from d/t St. Paul). We raise Lippitt Morgan horses, some beef cattle & a wine vineyard.(we harvested 500# of wine grapes fall o...Expand for more
f 2008). 4 seasons are great--the winters can be a bear!! Beautiful place w/ rolling hills! Ted is an engineering manager in St. Paul...as for me, I work in a small town near by. I do miss Texas & make it there at least once a year! Busy/Crazy life!! We love it! What a nice slice of the pie! Keep the peace.
