Stacey's Story
Life
Since 1988, I attended Penn. Inst. of Culinary Arts. I worked at Walt Disney World for a while. After that I became Executive Chef at Angelo's Restaurant in Washington. That is where I met my awsome husband Darren Macioszek (ma-cho-zek) who is a chef. We dated for a year, decided to get married and move to Hilton Head Island, SC. We have been here for nine years, and have three beautiful children, Megan 6, Gwen 5 and Zach Attack 8 mos. Darren and I started a small breakfast and lunch...Expand for more
restaurant called Walnut's Cafe. Through Darren's fabulous abilities (He was the chef and I the Front of the House) we won some really great awards. We sold it right before Zach was born, with plans to relocate back to the Mt. Lebanon area. But have since decided to stay in the South. I have recently finished classes to get my real estate license in South Carolina and Georgia.
