Laverne's Story
Laverne is from Alton, Missouri. She is married. Her schools include Alton High School. She works(ed) at Retired, Private Elderly Caregiver. I now live in Ozark, Ar, a beautiful place, w/ Ozark hills all around us, and Mt. Magazine ( the highest point in Ar.) only 30 miles away, a great point of interest!!
Music Laverne likes includes mostly southern gospel, and 60's rock and roll, some contemporary, some black gospel.... enjoy gardening, going camping, sewing!! Unfortunately, we never had any children, so can't brag on them ,that's why I stuck to my likes and dislikes, but sti...Expand for more
ll enjoying life! We lived in Greenville, Ms for 17 years ( way too long) we both hated it, but because my husband's family lived there, we endured it, until just couldn't stand it any longer. We felt we'd been let out of a prison when we moved to Ar. And we love it here!! We live abt 35 mi. from Ft. Smith, not far from the Ok. line, which is a drawback. The wind blows a lot!!! A whole lot!! which I get tired of, but I guess every place has it's drawbacks!! Hope all of you ( '65 classmates) are having a great life in your "GOLDEN" years!! ha!! I'm still working on it!! ha!
