Lavina's Story
Life
I lived in Hawaii for over 18 years. I married a High Chief from the Island of Rotuma in the Fiji Islands. We have been married for 36 years now. We have 2 sons and 4 grandchildren and expecting another one next year. I was a lead singer with the Hawaiian music group Ipuna Seremaders. I also sang lead with the Sunset Serenaders and the group Carnation and Her Kanileos. I also danced and gave lessons in ancient hula. I also play the ukule...Expand for more
le, guitar, steel guitar, and keyboard. We now live in Montana. Love it here. I have also done some singing here. I have always loved music.
I have been in several martial arts. I have a black belt in Karate and a brown in Judo. It has helped several times.
I was a detective with the Army-Air Force at Edwards Airforce Base for five years. My last job was here in Montana as an Assistant Manager for Town Pump. I am now retired and loving it.
