dear mckinley class of '51, someone evidently asked for story. i am still somewhat inept on the computer thing, i keep getting msgs like 'cannot display this webpage', so then i get frustrated and think i'll call classmates and sort it out, havn't done so yet. have only a few contacts on the web so..? anyway my nickname at mckinley was peewee, always liked it, not realy comfortable with lawrence, later years went to larry, i still don' feel like a larry,oh well. quick history, 34 years federal employment, human resorces,then retired as civilian army overseas germany,last 4plus years. wonderful way to finish. have been very lucky as was never too ambitious re academics. 67 in 2002 married no children, 3 from first marriage, good kids, all live northern ca. each year attend mckinley reunion at rose bowl, and class of '51 in pasadena, elcholo restaurant so. fair oaks, so encourage anyone who hasn't just show up in oct,fi...Expand for more
