Lea's Story
I started at Mt Whitney in the middle of my sophomore year. My first introduction to Mt. Whitney was through my cousin Becky Hill class of 1960. She made me feel welcome. My first real friends were from the church. Then I was introduced to Linda Hamilton and we are still friends now. Worked in Hollywood as a phone operator. years and had three children, four grandchildren and one great grandchild. He died in 2003 and I was then reacquainted with Donna Torti and Lucille Mangini who took me under their most helpful wings and we started going out to dinner with the Mt Whitney group which has grown and still meets one a month in Fresno area. I married a second time to my husband of 9 years Barney Wade. We love friends and family of both partners.
