My Spouse
I met my husband Chuck taking Country Line Dance lessons.
My Pets
I have a white toy poodle named Sir Romeo Rutherford. He is the son I never had. He was born 01/28/93. No one has told him he is a dog. Romeo steals the heart of everyone he meets.
I also have an African Spurred Tortoise. He was hatched 07/97. He has a life expectancy of 125 years and will weigh approximately 200 lbs when he reaches maturaty. He lives in a large fenced in area in a large heated dog house. Oh, I forgot to mention his name is Baby. He is very tame and believe it or not, has never bit anyone (YET). He knows his name and will come to you when called. I will donate him to the Atlanta Zoo when I get to the point I cannot take care of him.
My Kids
I have a beautiful 22 year old daughter named Mandy Marie Rutherford. She was born in Warner Robins, GA on 10/02/78. She was an honor student through high school. She joined the school band in the 6th grade playing a flute. Mandy joined the marching band when she entered high school in Griffin, GA. She was the Drum Major her Junior and Senior year. rmance. She maintained first chair/principal chair from the 6th grade through her senior year in college. She has played with the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra and has performed in several musicals with other orchestras in the Atlanta area. She has now moved to Ann Arbour, MI to persue her Master's Degree in Music at University of MI. I am very proud of my daughter for who she is and also for the beautiful young lady she has become.
My Job
I work for United Rentals as the Assistant District Credit Manager in Atlanta, GA. I am responsible the Accounts Recievables for all of our locations in Georgia and South Carolina as well as all National Accounts that are headquarted in these two states. My team of 6 employees, myself and my Credit Manager have worked together for approximately 3 years approving credit and collecting on account balances for major corporations. The job is a bit stressfull, but very rewarding. My all time largest payment collected, was $2,634,500.00. The check was overnighted to me after me making only one call. I have a copy of the check framed hanging in my office. I don't get to collect too much anymore. My main responsibily is to monitor the accounts of my employees and approve or deny credit on our National Accounts.
