Leigh's Story
College
I started out at St. Mary's College in 1993. After a couple of years and a change in majors, I left there. I worked odd jobs for a while before going back to school at UMBC as a Psychology major. Part way through, I started taking classes at CCBC in criminal justice to expand on my degree, then decided to transfer fully to CCBC.
Then I met my boyfriend and dropped out of school to live with him ...Expand for more
in New York. After 3 years, I came back to Maryland to finish school. Too much time had passed, so I basically had to start almost from scratch, requirements wise.
I finally graduated with my AA in Criminal Justice from CCBC Catonsville (May 2004).
