Leilani is from San Pedro, California. Her schools include San Pedro High School, Cypress College.

I've changed careers several times when I got bored. My lowest paid job, yet the most rewarding, was being a group home mom, 24/7. If we were lucky we'd get 4 days a month off. Through 8 years we had 50 boys, all of whom failed foster care for a variety of behaviors. We always...Expand for more
had 6 at a time and I loved my boys dearly. It gave me pleasure to take a child who'd had horrendous grades in school and get them on the honor roll. I'm proud of that. I miss them terribly on holidays. We always tried to give them the best they ever had and hoped they'd carry on the tradition with their own families. Yes, I hear from some of them. One of them owns a Mexican restaurant in Oklahoma City. I'm so proud of him.
As you can see I loved the lowest paid job I ever had....call me silly :)
