Leisa's Story
Life
In 1985, I married Alfie Thorsen. We were too young and dumb so it ended in divorce one year later.
In 1990, I married David Hogan (from Illinois). We have two boys, Kody & Luke. I also have a step-daughter and five grandchildren (I can't help it!! They start early these days;-)).
David and I stay very busy with our auto upholstery business, family and life in general. We try to keep in touch with our friends. I still hear from Jerry Quincy, Gordon Mullis, Gai (White) Thigpen and Susan (Holcomb) Sermons ever so often.
I accepted Christ as my Lord back in 10th grade. My husband got saved in 1992. I lead my son, Kody, down the road to salvation at the age of 4. Recently my son, Luke, also accepted Jesus in his heart. We attend church, but not as faithful as we should.

My first job was at age 16, at the Burger King on Edgewood Avenue. I worked there for 1 year as the night-time cashier. Fond memories of spray bottle water fights with Ronnie Theus and Billy Tanner, also Buzzy Neil pulling me through the drive-thru window and my boss hanging onto my feet saying, "Let her go!" It was a lot of fun:-)
I worked for Tech Aerofoam Products for the next five years as the Office Manager. Then I began working for the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office, Robbery Department....very interesting job. Got a promotion and moved out to the Police Academy for a short while until I was hired at the City & Police Federal Credit Union as the Executive Secretary in 1993. In March 2008, I received a promotion to Executive Assistant.
One day, I hope to work part time with David at his shop and partly from home:)
