Leonard's Story
After graduation in 1952 I just laid around doing nothing which felt very good. September 10,1952, I joined the Air Force. After basic training, I was sent to Hawaii for 3 years and really enjoyed it there. I worked security the 24 years I was in the service. I was married to my first wife for 5 years but it never worked out. e had a daughter, Joy, in 1968 making it a Queen's choice for us.
These children grew up to be wonderful people and have given us eight grandchildren and they have given us four great grandchildren and a fifth due in September. Each one is very dear to our hearts and we're very proud. We now have five Great grand children and are really proud of all of them.
After retiring from the Air Force in 1977, We moved to colorful Colorado and we have been here in Aurora, Co. since 1988.
