Lenny's Story
Life
I liveed on Singer Island, (Palm Beach Shores) Florida for the past 7 years and its great. I live and work in paradise. Nothing like the ocean 50 yards from your front door. I was a respiratory care practitioner since 1970. I semi=retired in 1996 and became a certified drug and alcohol counselor, which ties into what I am doing now , because two of the 5 properties I manage are sober living communities Life is good today-when I get frazzled I go fishing-2 blocks to the inlet, where the ocean, inlet & inter-coastal meet, yea I got it rough. lords words-who would'a thunk it-I was a homeless dirty heroin addict-worthless-finally i took someones advice-12 steps & spirituality-miracles of miracles it works-from 1996-1999-(counselor at Integrity)-relapse-back on the wagon-2003-thanks to the Lord, Integrity House & AA/NA (Nov-10th, 2003 act clean date. celebrate on 1st Sat in June-Integrity's Graduation) will be 8 years.Thank You Lord-Lenny
