Life
Attended Wyoming Technical Institute (Automotive) 78-79
Worked at Speak Motor Company (Kearney) after WTI 79-80
Enlisted in the Army, Basic Training Ft. Benning, GA, Then went to Germany where I patroled the east/west German Border with I Troop, 3 Squadron, 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment, attained the rank of Sergeant. 80-83. Then I came back to the USA and finished my enlistment at Ft. Carson, Colorado 83-84. Decided I enjoyed the military, but prefered to try and make a career in the military as an officer, so I graduated from Kearney State College in 88 (BA History) and promptly found myself on active duty as a Second Lieutenant, to First Lieutenant, with D Troop and E Troop, 1st Squadron, 12th Cavalry Regiment. civilian again. Worked as an Assistant Manager for Bob Evans Restaurants in Louisville, Kentucky and Evansville, Indiana 90-91. Moved to Columbia, Missouri to I thought attend The University of Missouri Graduate School. But ended up as an Assistant Manager for Country Kitchen Restaurants in Columbia 91-92. Then found a Job with my present employer and have held various positions with Orkin Pest Control, even moved to Omaha, for about a year to run route there. Got married to a woman in Columbia, have two sons, Tim and Matt age 11 and 10 respectfully. Moved back to Missouri as she and I seperated in 2001. divorced in 2006. In August, I will consider options for my future and just what I might want to do if I decide a change is needed in my career with Orkin.
