Life Since graduation in '68, Iwent into the Army. I made that my career for 20 years. I've been to Germany the most, 11 years there total. I was in Ft Ord, Ca., Ft Dix, NJ, Ft Eustis, Va., Ft Meade, Md., and APG Proving Ground, Md. where I retired. I live in Aberdeen, Md outside APG and 30 miles north of Baltimore. I married a German lady in 1972, had two sons, divorced in 1988. Married a Vietnamese lady in 1992 and am still married to her. I have only two boys of my own. I have 6 stepchildren and 13 grandchildren. I am now disabled. I had a heart attack in 1988, an angioplasty in 1993, and a triple by-pass in 2000. I died on the table twice during this surgery. The doctors gave up on me. He had my wife call the family together because he said I wouldn't last the night. The Lord Jesus had other plans for me.
