Life June 28, 2K11 from Farmington Hills, Michigan Hi everybody! i am living at my apartment in Farmington Hills and have 2 grown daughters now, and 6 pets, and working on another manuscript in hope to write the great American novel. I am active in the stock market, remodeling my real estate, writing journals and donating to charity, health, fitness, my friends, organic horticulture, holistic medicine and art. Soon i will be going back to school at Oakland College to get a degree in Fine Arts/Visual. My eldest daughter Chelsea Ann graduated Nursing school, and passed her RN State Boards in December 2K11 and is job hunting.. My youngest daughter Corey Diane graduated from Michigan State with a BA in Human Biology, and plans to be a cardio surgeon after Med school at Wayne State. She transferred to St. Georges University in Grenada last semester and came home with a newly rescued dog named Reed. She is planning on returning to Wayne State now. I recently started my organic gardening projects and had my home repainted so i is all beautiful and i am very proud of it cuz it's all mine and paid for and my kids still love it. 2 dogs and 4 cats also live inside with us, including a brown garden bunny in my backyard.. After receiving an email from a classmate last summer, i decided to be honest to you about my bipolar 2 illness. It is not curable, yet it is treatable and manageable to live with. I have made many new friends who also have it and professionals who are experts in treating it, and have moved on with my freedom and life and advocate for the mentally ill and drug addicts with mental illness who are often stigmatized by society and misunderstood.. I still think of all of my old school pals it was fun, and the many good times back in Clinton and i have an awesome memory of names and faces too, though i don't go back anymore. As for being the student council president, i made sure i knew everybody's name and high school was a blast for me. I return to my house in Van Buren again visiting 2x a month. I am a currently semi-retired mother,writer, activist, and student (Phi Theta Kappa). My house pets are very important to me and i have been active in many organizations including PETA, ASPCA, National Wildlife Org. Natural Resources Defense Council,Sundance and veterans organizations, Humane Society, NAMI, ecology issues, Doctors without Borders, Habitat for Humanity,Southern Poverty Law Center, Poets Online, and Greenpeace. Yoga is very theraputic to me as is meditation, spirituality, and physical health, fashion, sewing, art, organic cooking and gardening, my friends and kids, my pets, and my writing issues. I have been a writer for most of my life, wrote class night, published a short story, and have manuscripts with my agents, and have more in the making along with journals in history and autobiographies. I once wanted to be an actress or a rock star when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a stupid idea. As it turns out, they were right and i got involved in more political humanitarian issues.
