My Spouse
My current, second husband -- at Cornell in 1976 when I went to see someone who could help me learn about contemporary China. Not only did he loan me some books, but we each found out that the other was divorced!

his year, the older living in San Francisco having graduated from coll. almost 5 years ago. But I also have older step-children, 3 of them, who are English (as is my husband) and now even 3 (step-) grand-children!
My Job
Teaching at a small, private women's college, Wells -- lots of different course preparation, plus committee work, plus trying to do some research
