Leslie's Story
After High School, I moved to Phoenix for 9 years, but being tired of the heat and looking at cactus, I moved to Las Vegas for a bit of excitement. It was a little too much excitement for me, and the property management company I was working for moved me to California. While working on a large aprtment community, my future husband walked in the door from Europe looking to relocate to California. I convinced him and 3 years later (June 2002) we were married in his hometown in England. After an awesome honeymoon in Switzerland and Italy, we moved into our new home in Lake Elsinore, California. We adopted 2 puppies named Tess and Bess and some time after that ,we decided to adopt 3 children. ld, now age 4. We enjoy travelling the world, visiting family and friends. While most of my fellow classmates are seeing their kids graduate and go off to colleges, we are just getting started! We have a 1st grader, a kindergartener and a pre-schooler! My husband Mike works for a Swiss Machine Tool company and I am a stay-at-home-mom and I love every minute of my crazy life!
I didn't have a lot of friends in school and I think that it was because my mom was the Jr. High secretary...Remember her...Mrs. Petrasek? Anyone who got in trouble ended up in her office and of course I was labled as the class tattle-tale! Let me set the record straight....I never told on anyone!!!!! I never got away with anything either, the teachers ran and told her everything!!! I spent most of my school years grounded for something or other!!!
