Hey, Zach! I know what we're gonna do today!
Luckily, Ben did not get thrown off the boat for wearing that Yankees hat at the Cape.
Our Scouts had a great time camping at Gettysburg last weekend, and at Hershey Park on the way home.
Woke up to this sight...time to dig out! We're all home today, so it should be quick work. Hot, hot, hot chocolate!
The dog pleads innocent, but the crime scene evidence proves her guilt.
It's all done! Grade 5 yearbooks arrived yesterday at my house, distributed immediately to excited students. Whew!
Congrats to Ben on an excellent 3 years at TEMS. Moving on--too soon, I think--to SWHS.
Zach's turn--congrats to him and his 5th grade classmates, who are heading to TE or 2 Rivers this fall. (OK, OK, NOW I see why this one would never make the yearbook.) ;)
Patriotic flowers from Gary for our 19th anniversary today. Also, a purple bow on my minivan, with a note: Enjoy your cool ride! (New water pump installed yesterday.) Such is married life--romantic and practical. :)

Rather than grill out this rainy Fourth, I whipped up some patriotic treats. Zach helped frost and decorate. Flags and muffin cups courtesy of Pam's TRX holiday grab bag.
Zach settled in his tent with his bunkmate for his first year of Boy Scout camp.
Ben's in the "party tent" this year with 3 friends.
