Leslie's Story
Life
I live near Ft. Worth, with my husband of almost 17 years, and our eight children. Close your mouth, it's the four-legged kind, 3 dogs and 5 cats. I'm a sucker for strays. I have worked (see workplace page) but now I'm a kept woman, but am looking to start my own business.
School
Graduated from Cy-Fair in 1976, then life basically became my university. Unfortunately, aging and I are not getting along, as many of my memories from high school have faded. However, I can say I remember a lot of the people, but then I see someone new sign on to Classmates and think, who the heck are they? I thought I knew most everyone in my class, and maybe I did at one time, but the mind has chosen to forget. (Not by my choice of course.)
College

Workplace
I've been a puppet, a pauper, a pirate, a poet, a pawn and a king...............oh wait, I think someone already claimed those. I've been (since high school), an insurance clerk, an admitting clerk, a production operator, a reception...Expand for more
ist, a secretary, a river rafting guide, a dude ranch worker, an accounts payable clerk, a dog trainer, a high school cafeteria worker, and a personal assistant. I've worked for a bank, Aetna, Compaq, Texas Instruments, Enron (sold my stock way before the fall), Memorial City Hospital, an attorney's office, Petsmart, and the local high school. Just to clarify something, I wasnt fired from these jobs, I left basically because I moved or got bored. Didn't want anyone to think I was a flake (no comments please). The river rafting gig was in Colorado and the dude ranch was in Arizona and they were seasonal. If truth be known, I'm sure I will think of several more later and have to update (but remember, the mind isnt what it used to be). Now I am looking into starting my own business combining two of my loves, but details of that will have to wait until it is up and running.
Military
Never was military minded, but sure admire and respect anyone who was and is. Thank you for your service if you joined and served. God bless you!!!
