Life
Moved to Lubbock in 1988, Married in 1992 and had my first child in 1999,I love Lubbock still feels like a small town but more to do. I'm on my tenth season with Texas Tech Men's Basketball Office as glorified secretary..( Marketing degree is coming in handy everyday! HA!) The last seven years I've been an assistant to Coach Bob Knight who once said when he first arrived that if I could work for him that when he was done with me I could work for the President. love for basketball hasn't changed!!! My husband is from Amarillo and we met here in Lubbock. We have a little girl who is 8 going on 16 But she is the joy of my life. She's not interested in basketball but more so in Soccer which is a challenge to me because I don't get it. SO, I make a great soccer mom...i don't complain. We just keep our lives busy around her and basketball.
I enjoyed hearing from some of you during a diffcult time for me when my father passed away last March. Thank you for reaching out, it's great to know that frendships we make almost a life time ago are still there when you least expect it!!
