Libby's Story
I graduated from SDSU in 1996, with a B.A. in Sociology. I have worked in Social Services for over 10 years, with teens and adults that have mental health or substance abuse issues, those with disabilities, and the homeless population. For the last year, I have been with SD County, Aging and Independence Services, Ombudsman Program. I am a Regional Coordinator, dealing mostly with the elderly in licensed facilities. have learned a lot working in the Social Services field, and have enjoyed all of my jobs.
This is a great time in life for me, things have really come full circle. I got married in October to a wonderful Welshman. I now have 2 step kids, ages 9 & 10. We look forward to adding to the family soon.
