Lila is from Mount Vernon, Illinois. Lila's schools include Mt. Vernon Township High School. Lila later attended Greenville College (for returning adults called: Organizational Leadership, Bachelor of Arts) , Rend Lake Jr. College (Arts degree in the Secretarial Sciences with an emphasis in computers) . Lila works(ed) at Community Resource Center, 18 years at Jefferson Co Comprehensive Services Inc.& others.
