Born in Alto Pass, Illinois in the early 1900s, moved to Granite City, [oops, actually to Mitchell at the young age of 1 y/o, don't recall much of that move tho',] then went to the "big" City of Granite City. Still in process of getting my diploma for my education. {School of Hard Knocks}. Moved back to Mitchell in mid 1900s, been here every since.".
