ing with Kern Co Superintendent of Schools, best thing I ever did was to ditch the County of Kern, no real opportunities for advancement. I went from entry level Secretary in 2005, to Secretary II in Nov 2007, then in Feb 2008, I was promoted again to Administrative Secretary.
