Lillian's Story
Life
After college, I moved to a small town called Lexington Park in Maryland where I worked for a few years for the Navy. My boyfriend Alberto and I bought a house in July of 2003. It needs to be re-decorated (really obnoxius wallpaper everywhere!) but at least it's ours to call home. Alberto proposed to me on September 11, 2003, but we haven't set a wedding date yet. Things have been crazy with work because Alberto started up his company less than two weeks after we settled on our house. Talk about stress!
We finally got married ...Expand for more
in November of 2005. Still can't believe we've turned into adults. And now we have our first new addition to the family, Charlie Alberto, who was born on May 7, 2007. I think he's going to skip crawling and go straight to walking. Can't wait to find out!
College
I graduated from Penn State main campus in August of 1999.
Workplace
I worked for NAVAIR Research and Development for 4 years right out of college. Then I started working with my fiance, who owns his own business. So much for getting away from accounting and numbers!
