Linda Grieshaber:  

I live in New Berlin, WI. Grad. from Horlick High School in '69. I was active in the Health Sciences club, choir, girls bowling club, etc. Everyone calls me Lin now. I married a man from PA, Harry, who was on active duty. We met on a blind date set up by Denna Nelson and Elise Seidel when I was a freshman at UW-P. I dropped out after 2 yrs. to marry. We have 2 daughters, plus 2 fun granddaughters. We lived in VA for 1.5 yrs. so went to school becoming an LPN. We moved back here, obtained jobs in Milw. and stayed. I took a few courses at UW-M. After our girls were born I took the LPN-RN progression prog. at Cardinal Stritch Univ. A few yrs. later went to Concordia in their RN-BSN prog. I went back there again, earned my MSE-PC becaming a Licensed Professional Counselor. I worked at St. Mary's Hosp., now CSM, 39 yrs. 'til I went out on disability. I have severe OsteoArthritis from my mom, plus pounding hosp. floors since 1966 made it worse. I have a green thumb. ...Expand for more
