I have osteoarthritis and the joint had detereated. My husband Francis John Mitchell doed a year ago today. He was a Geologist for the state ofWVwhen I met him in Morgantown. He applied for a job with the Federal Government and was hired as an Oceanographer because there were few Oceanographers at the time. He worked for NODC and NOAA well pasr retirement age.
