Linda's Story

I sure enjoyed my time in Snohomish. We moved there in my sophomore year when my dad, who was previously a Boeing engineer, took a planning and engineering job of the city of Everett. I never wanted to tell any of my classmates but one of his jobs was to help redesign Colby so we couldn't cruise on it any longer. I'm sure you can all understand why I didn't share that. Highlights for me were being on the women's tennis team and playing doubles with Leslie Smith as my partner. Being in FFA which was a real highlight for a city girl. I enjoyed being on the wrestling cheer squad and hanging out with friends. I attended Washington State University where I also worked in the pac-12 athletic department there. curtenbach is their father. I did some Christian missionary work with youth with a mission, had a career in sales and marketing with my own company selling super high tech skincare out of Japan and also with the Mars company in one of their European French divisions. I my two daughters are Lisette and Nicole and we spent much of their youth in equestrian activities including dressage, 3-day eventing, and show jumping. My daughter's went to college in Santa Barbara California and I lived for some time in Laguna Niguel in Orange county California. I ended out working in marketing in the area of affordable housing and have traveled extensively. I did this voice to text so if there are typos or things not capitalized I hope you will overlook my faux pas.
