Linda's Story
Well here goes, I've lived here in Utah for 30 yrs. as well been married to Keith R Walker. We lived in Sandy City for about 20yrs. Then moved to Oakley with our 3 sons. We just love it here! There's always lots to do, and keep up with. The mountains,lakes,and people are wonderful. We love the clean, clear, blue sky, and all the open spaces. Of course my best time of the year is Spring, Summer. I can't wait to get outside to garden my heart away. Love to see everything grow. We have two married sons that live here in Oakley with us. Ross is at WSU in Ogden which I try to visit almost every Fri. after flying in from Honolulu,Hawaii. Yes, I'm still flying. 33yrs and counting. Delta Airlines has been very good to us. ay at Turtle Bay,Hawaii with the married sons Kurt & Jen, West & Jess. We hope to go skin- diving and see some turtles. Which I'm dying to see. Next, we hope to go on a river trip that dad has sent away for. Our family opened up a real Diner, called Road Island Diner. We opened last June 2008. We were so surprised how well it's done. It's been in the newspapers and news on tv. If your ever in Utah. Please come visit us! It's in the small town of Oakley on Route #32. You can't miss it. It's the real deal. We had it shipped from back East to Utah last July 2007. Kieth worked on it for a year with some wonderful friends, and the 3 sons. It was along year, but Oh! how great it turned out. We are so blessed to know such good people in our life. Thanks to The Lord!!
