Linda's Story
Life
I live in beautiful Virginia with my four kids still at home Jake, Jordan,Paul,and Marissa. I have two grown daughters. Vanessa who served four years with the Navy Stationed at Norfolk on the USS Porter, and is now a fire fighter with the Virginia Beach Fire Department. Susan who served six years with the Air Force attendied Virginia Tech with the ROTC program and is now a mom. I also have a son Paul who is the Army National Guard. I use to work as a Law Enforcement Officer for the United States Forest Service for 12 years. In 2006 switched careers and became a Registered Nurse.

Workplace
Worked a few jobs after high school. Headed North to College. Job offer with the Forest Service in 1989 after working as a seasonal fire fighter in 1988. Worked on Fire Engines, Helicopter operations with the Klamath National Forest unitl 1993. Then headed to San Diego County and worked on the Cleveland National Forest as a Law Enforcement Officer. In 1997 moved to Virginia to work on the George Washington National Forest. In 2002 decided to do a self retirement. Tired to seeing people in a negative way. I do miss living in California, will the redwoods-northern Ca is where my heart will always be
I currently Work as a Registered Nurse for the VA-Verterans Administration. I used to work at a local hospital on the Surgical Unit but I've worked in Emergency Department and Intensive Care unit too.. Just recently had my first grandchild: Matthew Joseph Frank.
