Hello. Since I was asked to tell my story a few years ago and I just noticed it, lol .... I went to Saint Marks High for my freshman and sophmore year. For my junior and senior year, I attended and graduated from Claymont High. I was a waitress for 3 years until I got a stable job at diamond state telephone company. I started as a telephone operator and got a promotion as a collection consultant when the company turned into Bell Atlantic and then Verizon Communications. I hung in there and retired after 30 years. It was not an easy task. So much stress and negativity in those years of working for Verizon. Made alot of great friendships though. People that will stay forever in my heart. . My mother and father were both from South Philly. When they married, they moved to Claymont, delaware and lived in brookview before buying a house on delancey place. When I was 12, we moved to radnor green. I have traveled to Quebec and montreal, Canada, Hawaii, Houston, Texas, Georgia, Florida, New York. I plan on doing much more traveling one day in my future.
