I just hope some of my friends remember me, period! It has been a long time! There are many people I would like to see/hear from again from John Jay High School and Gordon college! My room mate through all 4 college years, Lisa Jenny, other room mates, Debbie Moulton, Donna, Jackie and Beth, and friends like Becky Burgess, Bruce Moffitt, Brad and Debbie Davis, John Murray, Hugh Kirkland.... I always wanted to be a Special Education teacher when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a great idea. As it turns out, they were right. However, life takes on a life of its own and it took me until 2002 to get back to my dream (my BA is in Psych...I was not cut out for education back then). Now, finally, I am a Special Education teacher (this is my tenure year!) however, I'm still waiting to "grow up"! I was a long distance runner for many years after I graduated from Gordon, continuing to run right up until 2006, when old injuries from a 1984 car accident and the onset of arthritis caught up with me, slowing me down to fast walking (5-7 miles a day!). Not to worry! I am still out there every day, no matter what the weather! Besides walking, I still play (slow pitch) softball. I stopped playing modified fast pitch last year...
