Linda's Story
Life
Let me see....I am sure as you read this you will remember me as the least likely to succeed. You might say I was not one of the "elite" of the school. Although there were alot of things said about me at school...very little of what was said was true. I am very careful with my children that it never happens to them. So let me share my life with you....it may surprise you. First I moved to Sioux City Iowa where I became a Registered Nurse. I gave birth to my first wonderful son in 1978..Mark David who is still single and working on his masters degree in pyschology in San Diego. I moved to California in 1984 and in 1990 I had my second wonderful son Matthew Vincent who is now 11. I became an Intensive Care/Emergency room ...Expand for more
RN and in 1996 I finished up with my Bachelors degree. I then moved on and went for my Masters degree and recieved it in 1998. Next I went on and recieved my Family Nurse Practitioner degree in May of 2000. I now work in a family practice office and I love it. I love California (northern).My parents still live in Michigan and I try to get back once a year. My sister was killed in 1980 which was very painful. I have done well and feel very blessed to have all that I do. I am sure I will retire here. I love to exercise, bike ride, sew, laugh and go to musicals in the city. We are all older and it took me years to realize that what we are precieved to be in high school is absolutely no reflection of what we will be or, who we are.
