Linda's Story
When I last looked at this website, I had only 3 nieces and 2 nephews. I am now up to 5 nieces and 2 nephew, ranging in age from 17 to 5. I also have a step niece and step nephew ages 3 anf 4. Fortunately, Christmas at my parents' home is busier than ever.
Since leaving Bradshaw, I received my B.S. in computer information system at UNA. I then worked in Washington, D.C. for two years on a contract on-site at the Environmental Protection Agency. With D.C. a faster pace than my preference, I left there and went to law school at Alabama.
After law school, I clerk for Judge E.B. Haltom, Jr., in federal court in Huntsville for a year (R...Expand for more
alph Holt was my co-clerk). I then moved to Birmingham and joined the firm of White Dunn & Booker. In 2003, the firm restructured and is now White Arnold & Dowd. Proudly, half of our lawyers are women. My primary areas of practice are appellate brief writing, white collar crime, health care fraud, and general civil complex litigation.
I spend most of my off time visiting my sister Brenda Flippo (and her 2 girls) in Memphis, Lea Broyhill (and her 3 girls) in Ashburn, VA, and Kelly Hall (and her son) in Muscle Shoals. The rest of my off time is spent traveling to Las Vegas, Sandestin, Italy, France, and anywhere else that interests me.
